Cristina Macena is a project manager and event coordinator with over 18 years of experience leading complex initiatives for churches, Conferences, nonprofits, and mission-driven organizations.

Throughout her career, she has successfully planned and executed conferences, leadership summits, retreats, mission trips, and multi-department projects—helping teams move from vision to reality with clarity and excellence. Her background spans education, nonprofit leadership, and international mission work, giving her a unique ability to navigate both strategic planning and on-the-ground execution.

Cristina is known for combining strong organizational systems with a people-centered approach.

She brings structure to complexity, alignment to teams, and calm to high-pressure environments—ensuring every detail is handled with precision and creativity. She is also trilingual, speaking Portuguese, Spanish, and English, allowing her to serve diverse communities with cultural awareness and ease.
